Getting started with On The Go Fitness is a simple process That consists of sending your information, setting a day for a Fitness Orientation, and getting started on your goals!

Step 1

After filling out and sending your information on the 'I'm Ready' button above. I will contact you and ask you about your goals, availability, and location. After that, we can set a time and day for a Complimentary Fitness Orientation.

Step 2

The Complimentary Fitness Orientations consists of setting specific goals, doing posture/fitness assessments, and a sample workout based off of the information of the assessments and goals. Then we set a plan for sessions per week and what consists of those sessions.

Step 3

After a successful Orientation, 4 weeks worth of sessions are paid off in advance and we schedule the next session! Also, you have unlimited email access and I can send you an additional workout for you do to on your own time through email at no extra charge! Click here to find out more
